The Beast

The Mark Of the Beast is inevitible for those who are left behind after the Rapture. There will be new Christians and some so-called Christians,; that had been left behind and actually realized that what they heard and what they reached about God was real. This will be a hard time for them, becaue they have to not only remain strong in their new found faith; but also have the strength and courage to resist the Antichrist and his evil; which will include receiving his mark in the right hand or forehead.

Here again the Antichrist imitate God, but with evil intention. Some will fall by the wayside and submit to the receiving of the Mark of the Beast and will forever condemn themselves. Othere who do not believe in anything but themselves or even the devil, will either submit to the mark or they will refuse it. In the time and world that the Antichrist will rule. The very act of defiance against receiving the mark will cost them their lives. This is no game and you will not be able to quit when you feel like it. You will be forced to play it out to it's final conclusion and if you give in and take the Mark, as I have state earlier, you will find your final demise to be in the lake of fire from which there isno escape. The bible is very clear on this, as you will see in what is written here.

Once the Antichrist has established the false 7-year peace treaty, that will only last the first three and a half years into the seven years of tribulaton, he will announce that people will have to take his mark and they will have so much time to do it. Satan: who appears during the last 3 ½ years in the body of the Antichrist is described as this: (Rev. 13:11,16-18) “then I saw another beast, coming out of the earth, he had two horns, like a lamb, but he spoke like a dragon. He forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name. This calls for wisdom. if anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is man’s number. His number is 666.” This beast from the earth usually represents religious authority.

Satan and the Mark of the Beast

(Revelation - Chapter 13)

(1) And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. (2) and the beast which i saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat,and great authority.

I. The Seven Heads:

The leaders of the wicked spirits are the seven most powerful and intelligent of God’s adversaries. Each, by his actions, has acquired the names devil and Satan, in addition to any other names he may bear. Each of these seven is of the class of spirit beings called cherubs. These seven Satanic cherubs are the seven heads of the dragon as seen by the apostle John. Each head wears a diadem, the official sign of kingly authority. Although they were created righteous, each willfully turned against God.

An example of all seven is seen in Ezekiel 28:11-19 here, one of the Satanic cherubs is addressed as the king of Tyre. It is Revealed that he had been in Eden, the garden of God. He had been anointed by God to be a king. He had been set or appointed over a certain earthly realm. He had then turned away from faithfulness to God, and had become wicked. He had also gathered great riches for his earthly subjects.

This Chapter of Ezekiel was written several years after Nebuchadnezzar had broadened the neo-Babylonian empire, having conquered Assyria, the seaport city of Tyre had long been an independent city, subject to no foreign rule. It was a center of commerce, gathering much wealth from all the surrounding nations. But Tyre’s invisible Satanic king had seen in Babylon a greater potential for wealth and power. So Babylon became the capital city of his world empire. As king of Babylon, this same Satanic cherub is addressed in Isaiah 14:4-20 as Lucifer, the shining one.

Actually, all seven of these cherubs had been appointed by God to be kings over the earth. This was before they turned against God. But, having anointed them and set them in their positions of authority, God has allowed them to fulfill their term of office. Readers familiar with the biblical history of Israel will remember that God dealt similarly with Saul, the firsthuman king of the Israelites. He was a very humble and righteous man when God anointed him; but he later became very wicked, even seeking to kill David, whom God had anointed to succeed Saul as king. Nevertheless, neither God nor David acted to end king Saul’s reign prematurely. (I Samuel 9 through II Samuel 1) incidentally, Saul was a picture of Satan in this regard, even as David was a picture of Jesus.

Here again it is mentioned the leopard representing the Grecian (Greek) empire. The bear feet representing the Mede Persian empire (Persia Medes). The lion, king Nebuchadnezzar’s Babylonian empire (Babylon) and the dragon being Satan himself. Take notice of the difference in scripture from the one talked about in Daniel 7. This time Satan is here you see seven heads and ten horns. The seven heads are the seven continents and the ten horns are the ten nations that conspire with the Antichrist for the one world government. To this day and as of this writing, this has almost reach fulfillment. The European Union has its ten nations and the united nations is working with the European Union on a one world government charter

The ten horns which John saw on the dragon are ten lesser angels. They do not have the degree of creative intelligence as do the seven cherubic heads. But they are greater than the rest of the wicked spirits, the demons. When John first saw the dragon, these ten horns had no diadems. They had not been given a kingdom over which to rule. They acted as military generals for the seven-headed dragon.

Our former president, William Jefferson Clinton, was desperately trying to get Syria and Israel to sign a peace pact. If this comes to pass as foretold, then the peace pact will also Reveal the Antichrist, if he hasn’t already been Revealed when the united nations and the European Union become one and he is made chairman over it all. The dragon, being Satan will make sure that the Antichrist receives this power, authority and head seat in the European Union. All this occurs during the first 3 ½ years of the tribulation.

Let’s take a look at it from the biblical side.

I. The first 3 years of Antichrist’ reign:

Forty-two months is the 3  years was stated by John as forty-two months. He says that the wild beast will be given authority to do certain things for forty-two months. During that time, it continually blasphemes God, his name, his abode, and those dwelling in heaven. The specific authority granted the wild beast for forty-two months includes making war with the holy ones or saints, and conquering them. And it is given authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation. And it will be worshipped by everyone dwelling on earth whose name has not been written in the lamb’s book of life.

It will be impossible for anyone in his own strength to fight the wild beast. In fact, all who are meant for captivity will find no way of escape. If any would use deadly weapons against the agents of democracy, they themselves will be executed. So the holy ones will just have to endure whatever befalls them. Their faith in God will be severely tested.

At this point, it is necessary to refer to the eleventh Chapter of the Revelation. Therein, Jesus tells John that the nations will trample the holy city for forty-two months. These are the same months during which the beast enjoys the above-described authority. But during that time, there will be two men prophesying in the name of God. For 1,260 days, they will prophesy, dressed in sackcloth. They will have miraculousmpowers, the same powers which God gave to his ancient prophets Moses and Elijah.

It is possible that these two men will be the original Moses and Elijah, restored to life to finish their God-given work. They will have the authority to shut the first heaven, preventing any rainfall during all the days of their prophecy. Their preaching will torment people. But if anyone tries to harm them, the attacker will be killed by fire issuing forth from the mouths of the two witnesses. But, finally, at the end of their 1,260days of prophesying, God will permit the wild beast to make war with them and conquer them and kill them. (see the eleventh Chapter of the Revelation for the rest of the story.)

During those three and one half years, china will be the instigator of the worst persecution against God’s people. But, the rest of mankind will not be guiltless. The majority will all be worshipping the human mind; they will be setting the will of the people above the will of God. Agents of their seven-headed thought creature will be killing true Christians. John saw all this and more. In addition to the dragon and his child, the wild beast, there is another enemy of truth and righteousness. It acts as a prophet in behalf of the democratic beast from the sea. This false prophet has been inspired by the Antichrist.

(3) and I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. (4) and they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, who is like unto the beast? Who is able to make war with him? (5) and there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.

Towards the end of the first three and one-half years of the Antichrist’s seven year rule, he will be mortally wounded and die. He will be resurrected when Satan takes possession of the body and rules the world for the last three and one-half years or forty-two months. He will speak blasphemy against God and his people and the Antichrist’s followers will worship him. He will become bold and dare anyone who is brave enough to try to make war against him or go against his authority.

Those of his followers will ask the same question...who is brave enough to wage war with him?(6) and he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. (7) and it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. (8) and all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the lamb slain from the foundation of the world. (9) if any man have an ear, let him hear.

Once Satan has taken possession of the Antichrist’s body, it begins the last half of his seven year reign. At this time he starts with all manner of blasphemy against God. He not only speaks it against God, his tabernacle and those that dwell in heaven, he has the nerve to enter into the temple and proclaim himself the messiah. He commands that all people everywhere fall down and worship him as well. Those whose names are not written in the book of life will. Those whose names are will refuse and were slain from the foundations of the world. They will suffer from all manner of torture and Satan will rejoice as he beheads them or burns them. Mankind is warned to listen and hear what has been written and heard.

(10) he that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints. (11) and I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. (12) and he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. (13) and he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the Earth in the sight of men, verse ten is a reminder from Jesus, who told the disciples In the garden of Gethsemane, “that he who lives by the sword, shall die by the sword”.

Paul spoke about it in Galatians, when he said, “for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” Not a very pleasant thought! In verses 11-13, it tells us that the Antichrist will be possessed by Satan and will exercise all the power that the Antichrist had before he took possession and the Antichrist was mortally wounded. This mortal wound will also be healed instantaneously. He will do many wondrous and miraculous things....even to making fire come down from heaven to earth in order to convince mankind that he is the “true messiah”. Do not be deceived! Satan comes in human flesh for, that is all that he has power over. Jesus comes in the resurrected flesh. That which was crucified and died and rose again the third day. He will still carry the scars from his horrible crucifixion on Golgotha over 2ooo years ago

For those who don’t know what scars Jesus had, I will reveal to you what they were:

A) on his head - a crown of thorns left scars around his head.

(1) when Jesus was betrayed by Judas Iscariot in the garden of Gethsemane, he was arrested and bounced between palate and Herod, who sent him back to Pontius palate one more time.

(2) Pilate ordered him flogged 39 times, which was done. The roman guards then covered him with a purple robe and made him a crown of thorns and placed it on his head and them the mocked him and spit on him. They mocked him saying, “this is the king of the jews!”

(B) his face - was badly beaten by the roman guards

(C) his back - was marked with 39 whip marks from a whip made of leather that had glass imbedded in them and metal balls on the ends of each leather strip that was attached to a leather handle.

(D) his shoulders - the scars from carrying the crossbeam of his cross.

(E) his wrists - where they nailed him to the cross with nails as big as railroad spikes.

(F) his arms - the upper arms carry the marks from the ropes that tied His arms to the cross so the weigh of his body wouldn’t rip his hands from the nails.

(G) his side - was pierced by a roman soldiers sword, to be sure he was dead. Whether it was the left side or the right side it was never stated. It has been assumed to be the left.

(H) his legs - had bruises and scars from falling to the ground with his Cross; before the roman guard had a man called Simon carry it the rest of the way to Golgotha. (place of the skull)

(I) his feet - also had his feet pierced, one on top of the other, with a nail...the same size as a railroad spike.

There will be no reason to doubt who Jesus is and who is not. Do not Reveal to Satan or his other human cohorts this is what you know. It is for you to help distinguish him from Jesus. None of them will carry such scars on them!

(14) and deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. (15) and he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. (16) and he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: (17) and that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. (18) here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is six hundred threescore and six.

As you can see in the verses above Satan in the body of the Antichrist will deceive those who dwell on the earth by performing many miracles. He, as a fallen angel does have this power, even if it is only on a temporary basis, during his rule and again when he is let lose again for a season after the millennial reign of Christ on earth. His wound that was received by the Antichrist, before the possession of Satan took place in the Antichrist will either be by a modern weapon such as a gun or a knife of some sort.

After Satan has taken possession of the Antichrist’s body, as we talked about earlier; not only will he proclaim himself messiah, but order all to worship him and receive his mark. The number of his name is 666. Those who are Christian and refuse, will die if they are caught. This will come about when the false prophet will insist that people loyal to the Antichrist wear a mark either in the right hand or in the forehead.

This mark must be shown in order to buy or sell or to perform an business transaction. It is likely that the image of the beast, will be a master computer, which will provide the Antichrist with all the information necessary to govern (rule) the world. Its memory banks will have every number, name .record and history of every living person on this planet. With his knowledge he will be able to find and track anyone.
